E-Bike Road 1 day Intermediate Skills (Adults)

Build on Your Road and Time Trial Cycling Foundation skills: Join Our Intermediate Skills Course.

For those that want to progress their skills, ride faster and with greater confidence. Progress your skills to improve your road and time trial performances. 

This course is designed for the rider that has existing basic skills and confidence to challenge themselves to take their riding to the next level.

We will build on your foundation skills so you can go out and have more fun on your bike in a safe and confident manner.

Road & Time trial intermediate skills course content includes :

Race Starts
Pacing strategies
Sprint finishes
Bike throw
Team Time trial
Closing a gap
Breakaway riding
Advanced gear selection
Advanced Braking
Advanced Cornering
Group riding and drafting.
Advanced descents
Advanced climbing
Aerodynamics and efficiency
Race tactics

Instructor Ratio: 1:6 maximum – we keep our training ratios low to ensure our Coach can spend the time required with each person on the course.

Course Cost: CHF200 per person

Course location: Swiss Romande

Kit list : Suitable Road/Time trial bike in good working condition. An undamaged well fitted modern bicycle helmet and gloves. Please bring snacks and at least one litre of water. Please wear clothing suitable for the days conditions.

How the day runs : The course will start at 9:30am and finish around 3:30pm with plenty of breaks. This is delivered as a low pressure course but can be both mentally and physically taxing. With this in mind, you should also expect to finish early.
